Andrew Mata joined Birkhoff, Hendricks & Carter, L.L.P. in 2004 after graduating from the University of Texas at Arlington, and became a partner in the Firm in 2009.  Andrew has been design engineer for a variety of municipal projects. 

 

His experience includes civil and electrical design and construction administration of pump stations, lift stations, ground storage reservoirs and elevated storage tanks. His experience consists of water transmission lines, distribution lines, wastewater collection lines, paving and drainage improvements projects.

Andrew also has experience in master plan studies of water distribution systems of municipalities such as the cities of Anna, Aubrey, Carrollton, Farmers Branch, Parker and Plano. Mr. Mata is both a Civil Engineer and an Electrical Engineer.
